1. Information and availability
The content on the Site is provided for general information about our fulfilment services. While we take care to keep it accurate and up to date, we make no warranty that the content is complete, current or error free. Prices, delivery times and coverage figures shown on the Site are indicative and depend on your products, volumes and destinations. They do not constitute a binding offer. The services we actually provide to you, and the prices you pay, are set out in the individual quote and service agreement we conclude with you. We do not guarantee that the Site will be available at all times or free of interruptions or defects.
2. Intellectual property
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, page designs and layout, is owned by or licensed to Tempo Post and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may view and print content from the Site for your own internal business use. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, republish or create derivative works from any part of the Site without our prior written consent.
3. Conduct we do not accept

Liability connected to the fulfilment services themselves is governed by the service agreement concluded with each client, not by these Terms.

8. Changes to the Site

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site that cannot be resolved amicably will be settled in Harju County Court, Estonia.

We may update these Terms from time to time by publishing the revised version on the Site. The version published at the time of your use applies. If you continue to use the Site after a change, you accept the updated Terms.
