Asked before signing.

Is there a minimum order volume?
No. Most China 3PLs will not talk to you below 500 orders a month. We have no minimum: we take brands from their first order and scale with them as volumes grow.
Do I need to manufacture in China?
The service is built around production in China. If you make elsewhere, talk to us anyway and we will tell you honestly whether we fit.
Can you help with sourcing?
Yes. If you do not have a factory yet, or want a better one, we help you source the product and get production moving, then fulfil from the same place.
Do you work with dropshippers?
Yes. We can set up dropshipping fulfilment too, and when you are ready to hold your own stock, switching to the warehouse is a small step, not a migration.
How fast do orders go out?
Orders placed before the daily cut-off leave the same day, and tracking lands in your portal automatically.
Which platforms connect?
Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon, eBay, Etsy, Magento, TikTok Shop and most others, usually within a day. If it sells online, it connects.
What does it cost?
It depends on volumes, dimensions and lanes, so we quote per brand rather than publish a one-size rate card. Tell us what you ship and you get a real number.
What do you not do?
No chilled or frozen storage, no dangerous goods, no bonded warehousing, no weekend dispatch. If your product needs one of those, we will tell you on the first call, not after onboarding.
Do you handle returns?
Not back to China. We have return partners in the EU, UK and US, so we set up domestic returns in those regions and your customer never posts a parcel overseas.
